In "cramdown" cases we propose an interest rate which may be lower than the rate you are paying. This lowered rate is refered to as the "Till rate". It is named after a case. The rate is the prime rate plus 1 - 3%.
As I write this (on June 16, 2009) the prime rate is 3.25%. Here is a site where you can check to see what the prime rate is today.
